What Is Superpay.Me?

Superpay.Me is an online survey/get-paid-to (GPT) site and community created to help you earn extra cash. Launched in 2012, it is owned and operated by 99 Ventures Ltd., a UK company that also owns RewardingWays and Offernation.

SuperPay.Me Review- Legit Survey Site or BIG SCAM? (2)

As a Superpay.Me member, you earn money and/or gift cards for various retailers by participating in a range of simple online activities. For example, in addition to taking paid surveys, you can watch videos in your spare time, sign up for trials, play games, or refer friends using social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook.

It all sounds good, but there's usually a catch when it comes to making money online. Or at least, we all expect there to be. And you wouldn’t be the first to ask if SuperPay.Me was real or fake.

So let’s dive a little deeper…

Is Superpay.Me Legit?

If you’re wondering if Superpay.me is real or if Superpay.Me actually pays out, you're not alone.

Many, if not most, people are skeptical about online earning platforms, and it's completely understandable. Having reviewed hundreds of make-money programs, I’m skeptical too. And I must admit, SuperPay.Me did not look legit at first glance.

I don’t know if it was the bright colors or the late night infomercial look of their website. Or maybe it was the nearly $6 million they claim their members have cashed out. Or probably just a combination of everything.

But my first impression was wrong. It turns out that they are legit. SuperpayMe is not a scam, and it does pay its users.

Their website passed our various security checks with no malicious flags…

And a quick search of their domain registration on Whois.com confirms that they were indeed founded in 2012, as they claim.

SuperPay.Me Review- Legit Survey Site or BIG SCAM? (8)

This is relevant because there are many false claims among rewards sites, and a lot of inconsistencies between when they say they started and when they actually started.

That doesn’t seem to be the case here.

SuperPay seems to have built a reputation as a reliable platform for earning extra cash. All of their social media links work, and aside from Instagram, which isn’t really a platform for this type of site or niche, their followers on Facebook and Instagram are in the tens of thousands.

Having said that, these types of sites are often accused of being a scam because they disqualify users after a survey has been completed, which leads to wasted time and frustration.

There is a legitimate reason for this, although that doesn’t make it any easier. I’m familiar with that frustration.

Often, the survey determines whether you fit the right demographic so you have to do it to find out.

SuperPay.Me works with many survey sites, though, so you’ll find that some survey sites offer pre-screener surveys, allowing you to determine your eligibility before diving into the main survey.

Survey sitessuch asSurvey JunkieandInbox Dollars, in addition to SuperPayMe,are also good sites to find paid surveys and other pay-per-task offers.

If you're looking for a full-time income online,an online businessmay be what you want.

You may be at home because of difficulties with your health or young ones to look after.Or maybe you're just tired of your job.

If that’s the case and a full-time income online is what you want, knowing how and where to get started is what youneedin order to get what youwant.

Now, I'm going to give you afreestep by step beginner's guide to making money onlineand you can get it by Clicking Here

Another issue is that these sites ban or close your account before you can cash out.

There are legitimate reasons for this as well, but not in all cases.

After having my SuperPayMe account for a while, mine was either lost or shut down for some reason too.

And I have no idea why, although I think it’s probably because I had logged in or even set up my account using a VPN. Not on purpose, but because I usually just have it running in the background.

That’s okay, and if that’s why my account was closed, that’s fair. Surveys are not a significant source of income for me. I mainly only do them to test and review for readers.

So in that context, it’s not a big deal.

But getting your account shut down is a big deal if you commit a lot of your time to completing surveys and you’re expecting that money..

I can’t tell you this won’t happen if you join SuperPay because it happened to me. But if you’re not using a VPN, you should be okay.

Regardless, based on the high number of positive reviews and our various checks, SuperPay.Me is not a scam. The fact that it’s been around since 2012 and has tens of thousands of followers is also a good sign.

Finally, they work with real survey sites and market research companies, so SuperPay.Me is legit.

How Does Superpay.Me Work?

Superpay.Me operates similarly to most survey and get-paid-to (GPT) sites. Joining is free and simple, allowing you to quickly start earning money by completing surveys, offers, and watching videos.

Once you've accumulated enough points (in addition to the small bonus they start you off with), you can redeem them for cash through various payment processors and gift cards, which I’ll go over in more detail below.

Signing Up To the SuperPayMe Site

Joining is easy, sort of…

Start with your name, username, email, and choose a password.

I say “sort of”, though, because one thing I wasn’t too excited about is that they ask for some personal information upfront, such as your address and phone number.

SuperPay.Me Review- Legit Survey Site or BIG SCAM? (9)

While they do check out as a legit survey site, sharing this information can be uncomfortable for some people, myself included.

It's not just about Superpay.Me selling your information (nor am I making that accusation), it’s just the risk of your information getting out if their database were ever to get hacked.

And to be clear, this is a risk we take with ALL sites we join, even the big ones.

So, to protect yourself, it's critical to use a unique email and password combination when signing up.

This simple precaution helps ensure that if Superpay's database (or any site you join) were ever compromised, your other accounts, especially important ones like your email, banks, and shopping sites with your credit card on file, wouldn't also be at risk.

Once you complete this section, they will send you a welcome/confirmation email.

Ways To Make Money With SuperPay.Me

SuperPay.Me offers multiple ways of making money, ensuring that there's something for everyone.

Paid Surveys

SuperPay.Me functions similarly to a survey aggregator like Survey Compare, curating and pulling surveys from various market research companies such as Yuno, Your Surveys, CPX Research, and Opinion Capital.

But they do it a little differently, managing much of the payment tracking and processing in-house the way game testing aggregators like Testerup do.

SuperPay.Me Review- Legit Survey Site or BIG SCAM? (12)

While it's unclear whether SuperPay.Me works directly with companies and brands to develop paid surveys for market research, or if they only curate surveys from other sites, I’m not sure.

But as a survey taker, it isn’t really that important. The fact that SuperPay collaborates with a variety of survey providers is good because it means more surveys and better availability.

Of course, you're not limited to one survey company.

If survey availability is low, some other goodsurvey sitesI recommend areSurvey JunkieandInbox Dollars. They also offer rewards for doing small online “jobs” or tasks you might normally do online anyway, like searching the web, visiting websites, and watching videos.

If you're looking for a full-time income online because of medical issues keeping you at home, kids to take care of, or just a job you no longer like,an online businessmay be what you want.

There's so much junk and misinformation out there though, that knowing how (and where) to start is what you need in order to get whatyou want.

Now, I'm going to give you afreestep by step beginner's guide to making money onlineand you can get it by Clicking Here

OfferWalls (App Downloads, Watch Videos, Trial Sign-Ups, Etc.)

Offerwalls are an excellent way to earn rewards for completing simple tasks from the comfort of your own home.

These mobile apps or websites allow you to earn rewards for downloading apps, signing up for trials, watching videos, playing games, and more.

Offerwalls are particularly appealing for mobile users due to their large selection of offers from mobile publishers, including mobile games, apps, and downloads.

SuperPay.Me offerwalls are provided by third-party advertisers, and SuperPay, therefore, have no control over access to these offers or their crediting.

If an offer wall is unavailable to you, it may be because your account has been flagged by the third-party site providing that offer.

Cash Contests

SuperPay.Me hosts cash contests where you can compete for 20 cash prizes.

The winners are determined by those who earn the most (cash and points combined) within a specified period. When the contest ends, prizes are automatically added to the winners' accounts.

Contests are open to all worldwide members, free to enter, and all members are automatically eligible.

Summary of key points regarding Cash Contest eligibility…

  • The cash contests typically last for 3 months unless stated otherwise.
  • At midnight (EST) on the last date shown on the contest, the contest will end.
  • Prizes are given to the top 20 earners on the leaderboard at midnight (EST) on the last date of the contest.
  • The winning accounts will automatically receive the prizes.
  • All members are automatically entered into the contest, but if they want to opt-out, they can do so at any time by raising a support ticket.
  • If members opt-out, they will remain out of current and future contests, unless they opt back in by raising a support ticket.
  • The system flags excessive use of trial, gaming, and gambling offers for security checks, and accounts may be placed on hold for a verification check.
  • Accounts banned or flagged for name/address or offer verification checks will be excluded from contests.
  • You can find details of the current prizes on the leaderboard for the latest contest.
  • The prizes are fixed at the beginning of each contest and will not be changed before the end of the contest.
  • All accounts receiving a prize will be checked to ensure they have not been involved in any fraudulent or similar activity.
  • If any member is found cheating in the contest, they will be permanently banned from the contest and the site, and the prize awarded will be removed from their account.

Post Payment Proof

SuperPay.Me rewards you for posting payment proof on external internet forums as long as your post is validated. Your claim will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission, and the post must still be live on the forum at the time of review to be verified.

To validate your claim, follow these steps:

  1. The image should be an exact copy of the email receipt you received from SuperPay.Me when they sent your payment.
  2. Start a new thread on the forum, rather than adding to an existing thread.
  3. Include a link/banner back to SuperPay.Me (using their banners is recommended).
  4. Ensure the post is permanent and still online when SuperPay.Me reviews it for approval.

Disclaimer: Depending on when you’re reading this, this offer and/or instructions may have changed, so please confirm the details with SuperPay.Me.

Get Paid For Referrals

You can earn money by sharing SuperPay.Me with family, friends, and on social media platforms using your unique referral link or banners.

Although it can be challenging to earn significant money through referrals, when you do share it with others, you might as well earn the 25% (of everything they make) that SuperPay is offering.

When your referrals sign up, they'll receive a $0.20 bonus (just like you did when you joined). Use the available banners to promote SuperPay.Me on websites, social media, and more.

It’s important to remember that spamming is a no-no and SuperPay.Me has a zero-tolerance policy for spam. In addition. many social media sites will suspend your account for spamming, and other users will be quick to report you.

SuperPay.Me Community (AKA Shoutbox)

Within the member's area, you'll discover a messaging section to interact with fellow SuperPay.Me users. While my experience mainly consisted of seeing messages about earnings, which wasn’t helpful, your experience might be different.

With that said, SuperPay lists some important rules when using the Shoutbox:

  • No spamming.
  • No personal attacks or harassment, including but not limited to race, religion, politics, sex, or sexual orientation.
  • No acts of harassment of a violent or sexual nature.
  • For security reasons, please use only English in the Shoutbox.
  • No solicitation.
  • Do not discuss other similar websites.
  • Do not discuss or make assumptions about anyone else's account or account status.
  • Members who use foul language will be banned.
  • Members making defamatory comments about the site or its advertisers will be banned.
  • Do not attempt to discover personal details about any members, either directly or indirectly.
  • Treat everyone with respect.
  • Remember that any comments or opinions expressed in the Shoutbox are those of the person posting them and do not reflect the views or opinions of Superpay.me.

They say moderators will take the necessary action if they believe that any comments or activities in the Shoutbox go against the best interests of the site, its members, or advertisers.

How Much Money Can You Make?

Similar to other survey companies, SuperPay uses a points system, where 1 point equals $0.01, and 100 points amount to $1.00.

Since SuperPay.Me sources surveys from various providers, you'll find paid surveys that pay as little as 30-40 cents and others that can pay up to $15 or, in rare cases, even $25.

However, these high-paying surveys are infrequent and often require specific qualifications.

Keep in mind that surveys aim to provide companies and brands with valuable information for improving their products and services. This information must often come from their target audience or customers already familiar with their brand, products, and services.

At the very least, it must come from someone who understands the niche.

For example, if a diaper company conducts surveys, they are likely to survey parents, daycare, and childcare workers.

Generally, the larger and broader the available audience, the less money companies are willing to pay.

High-paying surveys typically target specific audiences with unique qualifications. For instance, a dental equipment supplier may survey dentists. Since it's more challenging to find dentists with relevant knowledge and experience, these types of surveys tend to pay more.

Unfortunately, most people won't qualify for these higher-paying surveys, but there's no harm in trying if you believe you meet the requirements.

You can try other sites as well. In addition to SuperPay.ME,survey siteslikeSurvey JunkieandInbox Dollarsare similar.

If you're looking for something bigger though,an online businessmay be what you want.

You may be at home with children to look after or have health difficulties which make a regular job challenging.

If that’s the case and a full-time income online is what you want, knowing how and where to get started is what youneedin order to get what youwant.

Now, I'm going to give you afreestep by step beginner's guide to making money onlineand you can get it by Clicking Here

Ultimately, while paid surveys are an excellent way to earn some extra cash from home, they won't replace a full-time or even part-time income.

Surveys aren't designed to provide substantial earnings. However, even though the pay-per-hour is small, you can often earn enough to cover a few small monthly bills or treat yourself and a loved one to a night out.

How Does SuperPay Pay?

SuperPay.Me has several methods of payment:

  • PayPal – Payment Threshold $1.00
  • Payza – Payment Threshold $10.00
  • Skrill – Payment Threshold $5.00
  • Wise – Payment Threshold $20.00
  • Redeem for Amazon or Tango Gift Cards – Minimum 500 Points
  • Bitcoin

How Do I Withdraw Money from SuperPay.Me?

At the top of the member’s dashboard, you’ll see a button that says withdraw…

SuperPay.Me Review- Legit Survey Site or BIG SCAM? (13)

So, withdrawals are simple. SuperPay.Me processes a minimum of three payment runs per day, with an average payout time of around 4 hours.

However, you should allow up to 24 hours for the payment to arrive. Once you become a verified member, you can use the Instant PayPal option and request one instant payment of up to $50 each day.

Some Important points about SuperPay.Me payments…

  • Payments are processed daily, so you can expect to receive your earnings quickly.
  • Payments may be held for up to 60 days for verification purposes with advertisers, so keep that in mind when requesting payment.
  • If you request payment to an account with a different name, your request will be refused, and your account may be closed if you break this rule.
  • Sometimes payments may take longer to process, but SuperPay.Me will make sure to get them to you as soon as possible.
  • SuperPay.Me will only make payments after verifying that your account and earnings are legitimate.
  • Before making a payment, each account is audited to prevent fraud.
  • Payments to unregistered PayPal accounts will be cancelled after 7 days.
  • SuperPay.Me reserves the right to remove payments or amounts from your account balance if necessary.
  • If any member is caught cheating, they will be banned permanently and forfeit all earnings.

SuperPay.Me Frequently Asked Questions

How Can I Cancel My SuperPay.Me Account

To cancel your account, send a support ticket. According to their site, you will receive a response within 8 hours.

Can I Have Multiple SuperPay.Me Accounts?

Unfortunately, you can only have one account. Members with multiple accounts will be permanently banned.

Why Is My SuperPay.Me Account Banned?

SuperPay.Me labels suspended or banned accounts as “cheaters.” The wording seems a little harsh to me, but the common reasons for this include:

  • Detected multiple accounts.
  • Detected a known cheater proxy IP address.
  • Failed telephone verification.
  • Changed internet ISP connection from one country to another.
  • Incompatible web browser.
  • Mobile or satellite internet connection.
  • Anonymous IP address.
  • Failed security checks.

If you believe your account was mistakenly marked as a cheater, you can send them a customer support ticket.

Why Does SuperPay.Me Ask for My Address?

SuperPay.Me may ask for your address confirmation to reduce the risk of fraudulent activity. Payments will be held until the address is fully verified or indefinitely if no document of proof is provided.

Once confirmed, they say that all address confirmation documents will be deleted.

Why Are My Offers Pending?

Offers are pending when SuperPay.Me is awaiting confirmation and credit from the advertiser. This is common among all survey companies.

Some offers can be credited right away, while some may take 24 hours or more. Advertisers may decide not to credit an account if the offer wasn't completed correctly, which is understandably frustrating.

Again, it’s one of the challenges with these types of websites.

It’s likely that SuperPay has no control over pending offers. For all intents and purposes, they are only a customer to those other sites, although that doesn’t provide any comfort when you’re waiting for you money.

To reduce the number of pending offers, they say you can try clearing your web browser cache and cookies after completing each one.

Superpay.Me Reviews and Complaints

Sitejabber currently shows SuperPay.Me with an abysmal 1.65 out of 5 stars.

Some of the less-than-positive comments are…

“Earned a few bucks and requested a payout even after successfully verifying my phone number, Next day account was frozen stating some offer verification. Wrote a ticket, still no reply”

“…horrible, arrogant support always putting the blame on advertisers and always treating members with suspect issues with suppliers as cheaters – instead of acknowledging that suppliers often make mistakes (false positives).”

“After lot of reviews spend around 40 hours you will get only $10. When you try to redeem money they will will block the account.”

The common complaint is one that most survey sites get, which is that your account gets suspended or blocked before you can cash out.

Now, I must admit I’m a little confused because the SuperPay.Me reviews on TrustPilot were significantly better. Their current rating is 4.5 out of 5 stars.

I can’t count how many survey sites I’ve reviewed over the years, but I can’t remember such a discrepancy.

You’ll still find complaints about getting banned, which, again, is common to all survey sites.

But some of the positive comments you’ll find here include…

“This Has to be one of the best Survey Apps I Use, it has fast surveys that are relatable to me, it pays fast usually within an hour I get my money sent directly to my pay Paypal, I'm a real person who has made $112.00 so far.”

“Even with all of the different things to pick from I find that the interface is nice and clean and separated into different groups and pages well.”

“One of the better GPT/survey sites that you can use. The payout threshold is really low (only $1) and you can get paid the same day (most other GPT sites have $5-$10+ minimums and take days to get the payout).”

In addition to the positive reviews, it’s important to talk about review bias. Of course, there are negative reviews and complaints, but review bias is the idea that people dissatisfied with a product or service are more likely to leave a review than those who are happy.

This creates an unbalanced perception of a company based on reviews alone (and yet, most companies still have an above-average rating).

But, whether it’s SuperPayMe or another survey company, it's important to keep this bias in mind. For every negative review, there could be countless satisfied members who simply never had the time or the urge to share their positive experiences.

What I Like About Superpay.Me

  • Superpay.Me has been around since 2012, so it is a well-established site.
  • The site is free to sign up for and use.
  • The payout threshold is only $1 (for PayPal), which is one of the lowest I’ve seen among survey sites.
  • Superpay.Me offers several ways to earn, including paid surveys, offers, contests, and referral programs.
  • The site offers more than one payout option.

What I Don’t Like

  • My account was either lost or canceled. Of course, I’m not making any accusations because I may have logged in using a VPN.
  • I found the site to be a little cluttered and confusing to navigate. Not to the point that someone couldn’t figure it out. I just found that a lot is going on, and the bold color scheme doesn’t help, either. But that’s just my opinion.
  • Although you can join from any country, some surveys may only be available in some countries, so the number of available offers and paid surveys can vary greatly depending on your location.
  • The payout threshold for non-PayPal processors can be as high as $20.00.
  • You cannot log in to your account while traveling in another country (or use a VPN). Having said that, this is standard among survey sites to avoid fraud.

Where Do You Go From Here?

If your bills are falling behind and debt is holding you back, SuperPay.Me can help a little… but it may not be the ultimate solution you've been searching for.

That’s not what survey sites like SuperPayMe are for.

They do have some advantages, though. They’re an easy way to start making money online, and there are no long-term commitments.

However, if your goal is to make money online for greater freedom and independence, SuperPay alone won't deliver that (nor do they claim to).

You might be a student in school or a single parent juggling responsibilities at home. You may be facing health challenges that make regular work challenging, or you may just hate your job and need an escape.

If that's the case,an online businessis what you want.

With all the scams and schemes out there though, knowing how and where to get started the right way is what youneedin order to get what youwant.
